TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Bella Dental Penrith, we will always do our best to honour your appointment date and time and we greatly appreciate that our patients do the same. We have strict guidelines around appointment scheduling, this is to help ensure we can service our patients efficiently and to offer you the best service possible.

APPOINTMENTS

A confirmation message will be sent 4-5 days prior to your appointment. We kindly request that you respond to this message at your earliest convenience. 48 hours notice is required if for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, any deposit paid will be forfeited.

DEPOSITS

A non refundable deposit of $100 p/hr is required to be paid at the time of booking to secure your next appointment. This deposit will be held until the completion of treatment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, any deposit paid will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be paid to secure a new appointment.
